🚰 Water & Drainage

We work to end tanker reliance by ensuring reliable daily water supply through new pipelines and scheduled connections. Our focus includes flood prevention, drainage completion, and monsoon preparedness to keep Balewadi safe and functional.

From repairing potholes to building cycling tracks, zebra crossings, and scientific speed breakers, we prioritize safe and smooth roads. We advocate for traffic signals at key junctions, better bus routes, and completion of the Balewadi–Wakad Bridge to restore connectivity.

BWF pushes for functional Smart City projects, well-maintained gardens, parks, playgrounds, and a large public auditorium. We are also working to make the Bhaji Mandai at Sai Chowk a safe, permanent market space, and demand amenities like a petrol pump and  build a power substation at the alloted plot.

Transparency is at the core of our mission. We ensure grievances are addressed, not ignored, and push for coordinated civic works across PMC, MSEB, MNGL, Metro, and Water departments to prevent delays and overlapping projects.

Safe  and Organized Balewadi

We push PMC for timely garbage collection, authorized segregation points, and debris removal from public spaces. Our work includes regulating weekly bazaars, removing illegal banners, and ensuring amenity spaces are clutter-free and properly developed.

🌱 Environment

Balewadi deserves clean air, water, and green cover. We enforce pollution norms, stop illegal tree cutting, and expand plantation drives. Our initiatives include air quality monitoring, riverbank restoration, preservation of Ram Mula Devrai  Sacred Grove at Aundh Baner Link road and noise control for healthier living.

We prioritize safety for women, children, and seniors through functional street lights, CCTV, and pedestrian-friendly infrastructure. We help in removing illegal encroachments, resolving unsafe liquor outlets  in school zone or society, and ensuring transformer and overhead wire safety.

From healthcare infrastructure and mohalla clinics to stray dog management, we advocate for essential civic services. We push for accountability in electricity supply, faster MNGL gas connections, and metro works that don’t disrupt daily life.

  • Society By-Laws & Governance: Guiding committees in drafting, interpreting, and implementing housing society by-laws to ensure transparency, accountability, and smooth decision-making.

  • Solar Energy Adoption: Encouraging societies to install solar panels, offering technical guidance and connecting them with reliable vendors to reduce electricity costs and promote renewable energy.

  • Rainwater Harvesting & Water Management: Helping societies design and implement rainwater harvesting systems, ensuring water conservation and resilience against shortages.

  • Waste Management & Recycling: Promoting segregation at source, composting, and recycling initiatives to reduce landfill burden and create cleaner surroundings.
